"Didn’t feel comfortable using it"
I looked through quaranta.eu and just didn’t feel comfortable using it. There wasn’t enough clear info for me—or maybe there was, but it didn’t feel easy to find, and the whole site gave me a bit of an off feeling. I’d rather not take a chance with my money there.

"Shipping took too long for the price"
I get that international shipping can take a while, but this felt frustrating, especially considering what I paid for shipping. The package showed up later than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. If it had been cheaper, I probably wouldn’t mind as much, but for the cost, I expected a smoother experience.

"Not really worth the price"
To be fair, it’s not terrible, but I just don’t think it’s worth what they’re charging. It feels way too expensive for what you actually get.

"I had a look at Quaranta Europe..."
I had a look at Quaranta Europe because I was expecting a bit more variety, but the selection felt limited. It’s not a bad site or anything, and it does seem tidy enough, but there just wasn’t much to actually browse.
A few categories only had a handful of products, and some of the things I was hoping to find weren’t there at all. After a little while, it kind of felt like I’d already seen everything, which was a bit disappointing.
The site itself is easy enough to use, so I’ll give them that, but I’m not sure it’s somewhere I’d rely on if I wanted more options. Maybe I’d check back later if they add more products, but for now it feels a bit thin.

"I saw the promo saying 20% off..."
I saw the promo saying 20% off and was excited about it, but when I got to checkout it still charged me the full amount. Not sure what went wrong, but it definitely left a bad feeling

I actually found the return policy a little confusing. I had to look around more than expected to understand what was covered and what the steps were.

"Feels cheap and didn’t last"
I wanted to like it, but it felt cheap right out of the box and then, yeah, it started falling apart way sooner than I expected. Definitely not worth the money for me.

"Pricing could be more upfront"
The pricing wasn’t very clear to me when I first looked. I only noticed the extra costs later, which was frustrating. Maybe it was just my experience, but it makes me feel like they should show the full price upfront so people know what they’re actually paying.

I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but the replies felt kind of rushed. They didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I had to follow up again, and even then I didn’t really get anywhere. I don’t know, it just sort of felt like they weren’t that interested in helping.

"Ordering was more annoying than I expected"
I ordered from Quaranta Europe and it was a bit of a hassle. The site was loading kinda slow for me, and when checkout didn’t go through the first time I had to type in some of my details again, which was annoying. The payment and confirmation info also wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening at first. It did work out in the end, but yeah, it felt way more stressful than it shoudl’ve been.

"Wish there were more payment options"
I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it, but it was frustrating that I couldn’t pay the way I wanted. Checkout should be simple, and this just made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"I ordered a few things that were listed..."
I ordered a few things that were listed as in stock, only to find out later they weren’t actually available. It was frustrating because I could’ve bought them somewhere else instead of missing out and wasting time waiting. I really wish they’d keep the site updated better so customers don’t lose the chance to get what they need

"Frustrating site, and I didn’t fully trust it"
I tried using the site, but it was annoying. The menus felt all over the place, pages were loading weirdly, and I kept ending up in places that didn’t really help me. After a while, I just gave up because I couldn’t find what I needed. It also gave me that feeling like there might be extra fees buried somewhere later in the process, which didn’t make me feel great about continuing.

"Be careful, the packaging was really poor"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: the packaging on my order was bad. The box felt flimsy and cheap, and it didn’t even seem like it was closed properly.

By the time it arrived, it looked like the whole thing had been tossed around. When you’re waiting for something you paid for, that’s really not the kind of first impression you want.
The item itself might be fine, but the way it showed up made the whole order feel careless. I personally wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve how they package things

I ordered from quaranta.eu, and the product itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it. But trying to get help with my order was kind of annoying because I sent them a message and then just waited a few days before anyone got back to me.

When they finally replied, the answer felt rushed and didn’t really clear things up, so I had to message them again. Maybe they was just busy, but customer service should be quicker than that

"Delivery was all over the place"
i mean, the delivery kept getting pushed back and I never really got a clear update about what was going on. It was annoying and didn’t feel reliable at all.

"Frustrating support and poor communication"
I had a frustrating experience with quaranta.eu. The replies took a while, and when someone finally got back to me, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I ended up repeating the same question more than once and still didn’t get a clear answer. What annoyed me most was that support made it feel like the issue was somehow my fault instead of actually helping sort it out. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience ever, but the communication was messy and just left a bad taste. I wouldn’t use them again.

"I ordered my usual size from quaranta.eu, but..."
I ordered my usual size from quaranta.eu, but the fit was nothing like I expected. It’s weirdly tight in some areas and loose in others, so I’m not even sure how that’s supposed to work. I checked the size chart too, but it didn’t really help. Maybe it’s just me, but this feels frustrating, especially now that I have to deal with returning it.
